LASER HAIR REDUCTION - BEFORE AND AFTER
1 MOUNTH BEFORE THE PROCEDURE
• intensive sunlight, tanning, visit to a tanning salon or using tanning balm must be avoided for at least 4 weeks before the laser treatment because these increase the risk of pigment alteration
• you must not use herbs that cause photosensitization (st john's wort, marigold, slimming tea)
• you must not use drugs and cosmetics that cause photosensitization (retin-a, renova, differin, tazorac, tetracyclines)
• you should not pluck, wax or bleach the hair
1 WEEK BEFORE THE PROCEDURE
• you should stop using epilation balm
• you should stop using drugs that reduce blood coagulability, such as Aspirin
• you should stop using exfoliating drugs
RIGHT BEFORE THE PROCEDURE
• treatment area should be shaved a day before the procedure
• treatment area must be clean (no lotions, creams, makeup, etc.)
BETWEEN THE PROCEDURES
• you can shave if necessary, but do not wax
RIGHT AFTER THE PROCEDURE
• skin should be treated like after a sunburn
• after returning home cold compress should be put on treated areas and kept for about 1 hour, then for about 30 minutes Panthenol Spray or other mitigation measures
• if any skin burns, blisters, discoloration (darker spots), or scabs appear, cream ARGOSULFAN or DERMAZIN (available in the pharmacy on prescription) should be imposed 2 times a day
• do not irritate skin in the treated areas
1 MOUNTH AFTER THE PROCEDURE

• if there is no possibility to avoid the sunlight suntan lotion with SPF 50 must be used
• you must not use drugs and cosmetics that cause photosensitization (retin-a, renova, differin, tazorac, tetracyclines)
